VenDura is crafted from thermo-spruce (spruce that has been heat treated to remove moisture and alter the wood’s cell structure), a light, durable timber with a rich tone. It typically has a straight grain with frequent small to medium sized knots. Thermo-spruce is brushed to highlight the grain’s texture, then factory-coated to create a stable, low-maintenance product with a clean, modern look. While the outlines of knots remain visible for a natural appearance, their colour is concealed beneath the finish.
